Computation and stability analysis of limit cycles

The fourth block of the interface can be used for computation and stability analysis of limit cycles. The computation is based on the Newton's method applied to the Poincaré map P with algebraic differentiation.
To apply this method, the user must define the Poincare section (it must be a vertical line of the mesh : tex2html_wrap_inline476 ). Then, the user must choose an initial point on the section (y=...) and finally give criteriums for the ending test of the algorithm (maximum number of iterations, the final error wanted on tex2html_wrap_inline480 ). He, must also define a maximum period of the orbit which is used for the integration of trajectories on the section.
