The fourth block of the interface can be used for computation and stability
analysis of limit cycles. The computation is based on the Newton's method
applied to the Poincaré map P with algebraic differentiation.
To apply this method, the user must define the Poincare section (it must be
a vertical line of the mesh : ).
Then, the user must choose an initial point on the section (y=...)
and finally give criteriums for the ending test of the algorithm (maximum number
of iterations, the final error wanted on ). He, must also define a
maximum period of the orbit which is used for the integration of trajectories on
the section.
